Return And / Or Exchange Of Product(S)
- We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery of the order only if the product has been received in a damaged condition.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- In special cases we might accept a return under the following conditions:

- Book with obvious signs of use Action figures once opened, Posters / Movies / Games once opened, Collectibles and especially procured merchandise, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Incase of products specially sourced for the customer the said product shall not be returned or purchased, this applies to a variety of products such as high value collectible items, perishable goods such as newspapers or magazines, comics cannot be returned.

Pre-orders
Most pre-orders may be canceled at any time before payment has been processed. Payment for pre-orders is processed when the product is received in our warehouse and is available to ship. To cancel a pre-order log into “My Account” and click on Pre-orders.
If you wish to cancel pre-orders that require a down payment, you must contact customer service.
Shipments
When items are added to a shipment we begin the process of fulfilling your order. Once this happens items can no longer be canceled.
Payments in Process
All cancellation options may be temporarily unavailable when we are processing a payment for your order. If this occurs please try again after a few minutes when processing has finished.
Cancellation due to non-Payment
Payment for all items must be received within 4 days of when the items are available to ship. If payment is not received within 4 days it will be automatically canceled.
Shipping Policy
All orders will ship within 2-3 business days from the date of payment. Packages will be sent via Courier services available. The tracking number can be emailed to the address given at the point of purchase when the order is shipped. Currently, we only ship to Indian addresses.
